AIRTRACK WORLD FAQs

  • WHAT IS AN AIRTRACK?

An Airtrack is used for gymnastics, acro, trampolining and cheerleading to practise tricks, flips and jumps. It allows young gymnasts to practise on a safe surface with a soft landing.

  • HOW DO I INFLATE THE AIRTRACK?

The Airtrack is simple to inflate with the electric pump included. It takes less than two minutes to deflate. You can also turn the pump pipe around and the pump will then deflate the air track.

  • STORAGE

The airtrack rolls up very small so is easily stored. Do not roll up wet and store in a dry place. Do not fold the track as this can over time cause the track to split, please roll from one end into a cylinder shape.

  • MAINTENANCE

Ensure the air track is dry before rolling up. It can be cleaned with warm water and soap or washing up liquid.

  • SHIPPING

All Airtracks are shipped through DHL, the service is tracked and signed for NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (if ordered before 2pm)

  • AIRTRACK SLOWLY LOSING AIR

Airtracks sometimes naturally lose air depending on the air temperature outside. When the weather is cooler the air track can deflate slightly. You may need to occasionally top the airtrack back up with a small amount of air.

If the airtrack loses a large amount of air it may because over time the valve has become loose. Our repair kit comes with a valve tool to tighten the valve up.

  • ELECTRIC AIR PUMP

Our electric pumps can be used to both inflate and deflate the airtracks. Just attach the hose to the other end of the pump to change to inflation or deflation.

  • REPAIR KIT
The repair kit is very simple to use. It is basically to repair any punctures that rarely occur if the air track is used over a sharp object or glass. The repair patch goes over the puncture and makes the airtrack air tight again.
